SmartCode Intensive

Atlanta, GA - May 19, 2010

The most intense collection of SmartCode experience and perspective ever.

The SmartCode Intensive is an advanced session meant for seasoned urbanists who have studied or used form-based codes intimately. Everything you need to catch up on the SmartCode's latest advances.

Top experts on the SmartCode will deliver a fast-paced 9.5 hour session on the power of this form-based code -- transect-based code -- unified development code -- model ordinance. The SmartCode and its modules represents the input of countless planners, politicians, developers and citizens -- a collective knowledge base that spans decades.

Presented in collaboration with the Congress for the New Urbanism. However, participants in the SmartCode Intensive need not attend the full Congress.

The SmartCode Intensive will be held at Hilton Atlanta, 255 Courtland Street NE, Atlanta, Georgia, on May 19, 2010.

Can't join us in person? Take the webinar from 1:30-3:30 pm EDT, and hear the segments from Jennifer Hurley on Administration, Doug Farr on Sustainable Urbanism, Galina Tahchieva on the Sprawl Repair, and Bob Gibbs on the Retail. Register for Webinar Now.

Following the SmartCode Intensive, stay overnight for the opening plenary of the Congress for the New Urbanism, including a presentation from David Byrne, and then for the full Congress, organized with assistance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (separate signup and registration fee).
